Release Version: Scalefusion dashboard: v68.3.0
Remotely view and control your Linux devices
You can now remotely view and control your Linux devices using Scalefusion's RCV2-powered Remote Cast and Control capabilities.
Whether you're troubleshooting an issue or guiding an end user, you can now:
Collaborate with multiple admins during remote support sessions.
Communicate with users using the Unmute to Call feature.
Guide users visually with on-screen annotations.
Note: Your end users will need to grant permission for keyboard input and select the screen they want to share before you can start a remote session. File transfer is not currently supported.
Send Security Events to your preferred SIEM tool using Webhooks
You can now forward Scalefusion SIEM events to your preferred security monitoring platform using Webhooks.
With support extended to all SIEM events available through Splunk and QRadar integrations, you have more flexibility to connect Scalefusion with your existing security infrastructure.
Here's what you can do:
Forward SIEM events to any compatible SIEM platform that can receive Webhooks.
Secure your integrations using header-based authentication, including Bearer tokens, Authorization headers, or custom key-value pairs.
Connect to SIEM tools behind firewalls by allowlisting the Scalefusion Smokescreen IP associated with your instance.
You can now bring your Scalefusion security events into your existing monitoring workflows without being limited to specific SIEM integrations.
Connect your private Splunk Instance without exposing it to the internet
If your organization hosts Splunk behind a firewall, you can now integrate it with Scalefusion without making your Splunk instance publicly accessible.
With the new Private Splunk integration, you can install the Scalefusion-provided Splunk extension to establish communication between your Splunk environment and Scalefusion Cloud.
Here's how this helps you:
Keep your Splunk instance private while connecting it to Scalefusion.
Avoid incoming firewall allowlisting, as the extension initiates outbound connections to Scalefusion.
Choose a custom integration approach using the Developer API and your API key if you prefer to configure the integration yourself.
Note: Scalefusion provides integration support when you use the official Scalefusion Splunk extension. If you choose to integrate through the Developer API, you'll need to manage that integration independently.
Upgrade your eligible Windows devices to 26H2
You can now upgrade your eligible Windows devices to Windows 26H2 using Scalefusion's OS Upgrade functionality.
With this extended support, you can manage upgrades to Windows 26H2 as part of your existing device management workflows, helping you keep your Windows fleet up to date.
Automate iOS app configs using Developer APIs
You can now create, edit, delete, and retrieve iOS app configurations programmatically using Scalefusion Developer APIs.
Previously introduced for Android, these capabilities are now available for iOS, giving you greater flexibility to manage app configurations across both platforms.
With these APIs, you can:
Create new app configurations directly from your developer tools.
Update existing configurations as your requirements change.
Delete configurations you no longer need.
Retrieve configuration details to support your automation workflows.
You can integrate these operations into your existing systems, reduce manual configuration tasks, and streamline app management across your devices.
