1. Configurable Update Policy for Managed Google Play Apps

• Global App Update Policy

  Scalefusion now offers the flexibility to customize app update policies for PfW apps by overriding the default policy in the Device Profile. This option can be found in Restrictions > Device Management > Application Management Settings and governs the comprehensive update policy for the Play Store.

• Per-App Update Policy

  In response to diverse requirements, you can now create Update configurations, providing the ability to choose between Immediate/Postpone and other options specific to PfW apps. These update configurations can be seamlessly published to different profiles, aligning with the distinct update needs of each profile.

• Enhanced Status Reporting

  To extend an enhanced user experience, the View Status window has undergone a restructuring for almost all platforms and app deployment types. It is now presented in a full-screen format, addressing the abundance of elements for improved usability.

2. Updates to Scalefusion MDM Agent

You now have the flexibility to grant access to an installed certificate for either a specific installed app or all managed apps, all while being able to specify URL patterns. The application to which this certificate is granted can smoothly utilize it without any user intervention or the need to select a certificate.

3. Generic Enhancements

• Wi-Fi Related Issues: We have addressed the issues around Wi-Fi connection drops. We have also validated this in a live environment by providing custom builds to a set of our users.

• Wallpaper Handling Issues: On some devices, we noticed that due to high-resolution wallpapers, the Scalefusion Home Screen used to restart itself. This has now been fixed.
