Big changes are coming!
With Samsung Knox 3.11 and Android 15, your Samsung Knox devices must be enrolled as a Device Owner (EMM) or Profile Owner (BYOD) to unlock the full power of Knox features. That means the old Device Admin mode is officially retiring and it won’t be supported anymore.
Time to switch to modern management!
Key changes include:
Modern Enrollment Required: Your devices must be enrolled via Android Zero-Touch, Samsung KME, or 6-tap to leverage Knox SDK features.
Legacy Enrollment Blocked: Scalefusion will prevent Device Admin mode enrollment on Samsung Knox devices running Android 13, 14, and 15.
OTA Updates Managed: OTA updates will be blocked by default on Android 13 & 14 to prevent unintended upgrades.
What you need to do:
Identify legacy-enrolled devices via the Scalefusion Dashboard.
Migrate devices to modern management before December 31, 2025.
Get Support—Scalefusion can assist with Zero-Touch migration.
